Don’t over-wash

Match washing to your hair type and shampoo the scalp, not the lengths — over-washing strips the natural oils that protect the fibre.

Always heat-protect

Heat opens the cuticle and drives out moisture. Use a heat protectant and the lowest effective temperature before any hot tool.

Trim regularly

A split end can’t be repaired, only removed — regular trims stop splits travelling up the shaft and keep ends healthy.

Feed the bonds

Colour and heat break internal bonds and deplete protein. Bond and protein treatments rebuild structural integrity and reduce breakage.
